It's about giving back to the trainers who provide the facility, knowledge, motivation, and community in hopes of changing people's lives on a daily basis. The Colorado State Fitness Expo and BushCraft CrossFit have teamed up to bring the newest competition released to the CrossFit community: the Battle for Mile High. Four-hundred athletes will be asked to complete four workouts for cash, prize packages, and an overall traveling trophy to the best box.
