Elite/Open/Masters Individual Rules:
Individuals will get 2, 20 sec windows to attempt a 1 rep max Clean & Jerk. Upon completing the lift, the individual will have the remainder of the 20 seconds to complete as many Deadlifts as possible. Score is weight lifted plus reps of deadlift completed in the 20 sec window. Elite/Open/Team Rules: Teams will get 8 minutes total for all team members to attempt a 1 rep max Clean & Jerk. The highest weight lifted from each team member will be counted. Score is total combined weight lifted from all team members. |

Individuals will have 10 min to complete 4 stations. 50 cal Air Bike 500m Row 20 reps of Sandbag Cleans (125#/90#/60#) 50' Sled Push (unknown weight) Fastest time completed will be the winner. Time stops when the athlete pushes the sled fully across the finish line (the athlete does not need to cross the line, just the entire sled) Tie Break times will be recorded after the completion of each station. |

The person pushing the sled on the first trip will be the same person pushing the sled on the return trip... same goes for Cleans, Air Bike, and Row. Once the individual finishes their station, they will run and tag the next person on the team signaling them to start their station. Fastest time completed will be the winner. Time stops when the athlete pushes the sled fully across the finish line on the second trip. Tie Break times will be recorded after the completion of each station.

If not completed under the time cap, each rep is worth 1 point, with the sled push being worth 1 point every 10' line crossed. Tie-break will be determined using the time recorded after the first sled push is completed prior to the sandbag over wall station. Ex) Female #1 will do Deadlifts, Female #2 will do Hang Power Snatches, then Female #1 will do Overhead Squats, and so on. Once the 5 Sandbag Wall-Overs are complete, the 2 male team members will begin with 5 Sandbag Wall-Overs and end with 12 deadlifts. They will complete this in an alternating fashion, the same way the females did. Fastest time completed will be the winner. If not completed under the time cap, each rep is worth 1 point, with the sled push being worth 1 point every 10' line crossed. Tie-break will be determined using the time recorded after the first sled push is completed prior to the sandbag over wall station.
